The Importance of Grounding and Trees

Landing within a forest of trees, we realized my client was still floating around, while reaching out to touch some ancient looking sequoia trees in her surroundings. As I asked her to touch the trees, she realized she was absorbing the energy of the trees through the palms of both hands. She experienced both a ‘healing’ & a ‘tingling’ sensation in each hand as she realized the significance of this. I then asked her if she could see if she could talk through telepathy with those ancient trees while she was connected to them, and she felt like she had a ‘knowing’ with them. She felt as if the energy from those trees filled her up completely as if to recharge her.

Sometimes the most insignificant things in a session, have a meaning or a message that’s quite profound. This moment with the trees was incredibly healing for the client.

In more than one session, I’ve had Higher Selves discuss the importance of grounding: walking barefoot, touching trees, sitting outside, and so on..this is how we BALANCE our own nervous systems, which keeps us healthy.

It should be every bit as important as going to the Doctor. If we don’t learn to balance through grounding, our systems begin to break down over time.
